Adaptive Fitness (Blind-VI)

For individuals with a primary physical disability or visual impairment or blindness. This program offers participants the opportunity to increase and maintain their fitness levels through general fitness exercises, stretching, weight training, and indoor cycling.

Cost: $5.00 There is a quota for online registration. 4 online openings remain. Enrollment opens Aug 6, 2024, 9:00 AM
