Adaptive Rock Climbing Clinic

Join the Gaylord Sports Association, in partnership with Ascent Climbing, for our annual Adaptive Rock Climbing Clinic at Central Rock Gym in Glastonbury. Experience the excitement of indoor rock climbing alongside professional and experienced climbers in a fun, supportive environment.

Participants of all ability levels, whether climbing seated or standing, will receive individualized instruction and learn specialized techniques to support independence. Standard climbing equipment and adaptive options, including specialized harnesses and prosthetic climbing feet, will be available as needed. No prior climbing experience required!
