Adaptive Sports Fest

BORP Adaptive Sports and Recreation is excited to announce our upcoming Second Annual Adaptive Sports Expo on October 5, 2024 from 10AM-4PM! The Expo will be held at 3 locations but the central hub will be James Kenney Community Center, 1720 Eighth Street Berkeley.

The Expo is an opportunity to try out 10+ adaptive sports and activities, all in one day and free of charge. BORP staff and coaches will offer fun and safe opportunities to learn more about and try cycling, kayaking, power soccer, wheelchair rugby, wheelchair basketball, goalball, adaptive fitness classes, pickleball, rock climbing, and more. Expo will also feature a Family-Friendly Festival with games, food trucks, arts and crafts, contests, and vendors showcasing a range of services available to the disability community.
