Adaptive Swimming Training

During the fall and winter months, Dare2tri hosts weekly adaptive swimming practice at Fosco Park’s indoor pool. Athletes with a physical disability or visual impairment are welcome to join, regardless of skill level. Participants do not need to have any swim experience to attend.
