Dragon Boat Training (Competitive)

This program is intended only for our competitive boat which will follow the International Dragon Boat Federation rules and regulations in regards to the Paradragon selection process. You must participate in our time trials to earn a seat. They are only 20 seats available and 1 boat out on these days. We will have recreation days throughout the summer for those who aren’t part of the competitive team.

Whether you are new or experienced in the sport of dragon boat racing, we invite you to progress in your skills. You can expect to learn how to paddle efficiently and effectively with your new unit, experience phases of endurance, and enjoy fitness and family through our Team Blue. Together, we will learn how to improve our fitness, canoe stroke, power, and ability to feel the hull of the dragon boat move with speed and stealth.
