Experience being grounded at the center of inner peace through the guidance of certified instructor with adaptive yoga practice. This 6-week class is offered for those with cognitive and physical deficits. Yoga improves strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. The class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor, RYT 200.
