TRFA offers individual and group rowing and paddling lessons to people with physical disabilities. TRFA coaches and volunteer will work with each individual to teach proper technique and terminology to become a successful rower and paddler.
Private rowing and paddling lessons cost $30 per 90 minute lesson. Group paddle outings cost $10 per person of a 90 minute lesson.
