Rec Cycling

Recreational Cycling is one of the most inclusive sports as there is a bike to match nearly every individual’s ability, needs, and training interests. Athletes in small groups will enjoy beautiful rides on the scenic Capital Trail alongside experienced adaptive cycling coaches and qualified volunteers.

This program has a capacity limit of 15 athletes and is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you register after the program is filled, you will be placed on the waiting list.
