Superheroes 5K

Our annual Superheroes Triumph 5K! is fighting crime in the OC this year. This run, walk, and roll will take over Mason Regional Park in Irvine on Saturday, September 14th, from 8 AM to 11 AM. No matter what your ability is, you are a hero to us. This 5K will “pack a punch” in fun and ease with a fast, gently rolling course. Runner perks include a finisher’s medal, race bib, chip timed course, pre and post-race snacks, and no superhero is complete without a cape!

Best Costume Contest: Dress up like your favorite Superhero, and you could be chosen as the best-dressed caped crusader.
