CrossFit, with Podium performances in the 4 competitions in which I participated. Completed a triathlon. Love kayaking. Just not enough time for all the adaptive recreation activities. Also a type 1 diabetic, learned a lot of lessons along the way as the doctors, nurses, and diabetes educators aren't forthcoming with the information to do endurance sports with diabetes.
