Veltri Tennis Center: Wheelchair Tennis Clinics

For over a decade, the City of Plantation has proudly hosted free wheelchair tennis clinics, bringing people together through sport, movement, and community. Held on the first and third Thursday of each month, these clinics are open to wheelchair users of all skill levels — from first-time players to seasoned athletes — as well as their friends, family, and support teams.
Participants enjoy expert instruction in a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment focused on fitness, friendship, and personal growth. We provide loaner sports wheelchairs (two adult and one youth) and racquets to ensure everyone has the chance to get on the court and into the game.
