@paulchavis341 Sorry to answer a question with a question, but I feel like I must. How independent are you wanting to be, how much dump can you transfer into and out of? What kind of chair are the weight pushing you out of? Have you tried binders or gait belts around you and the back of the chair? What other CrossFit movements are you wanting to do, and how much dump do you need for those or what dump will interfere with those movements?
