Adventures Without Limits’ CampAbility Program, in partnership with AmpSurf & RAPID, invites individuals with disabilities, Veterans, and first responders for a camping weekend at South Beach State Park from August 16th-18th, 2024.
The goal is to create an inclusive outdoor experience, complementing AmpSurf’s Adaptive Surf Clinic at Nye Beach.
The yurts, which sleep up to five, are ADA accessible and come equipped with basic amenities. Registration includes Friday snacks, weekend breakfasts, and a Saturday group dinner.
The cost is on a sliding scale ($175-$325) to ensure affordability. For those needing financial assistance, shared yurts and reduced tent sites are available.
Essential eligibility criteria must be met, and minors need adult supervision. Optional transportation from Portland is offered for an additional fee.
Register early; spots are limited! Please email [email protected] or [email protected]
