Craig Hospital Climbing

Join us for a rock climbing event designed for Craig Hospital inpatients and outpatients. Learn rope work, belay commands, climber movement, and gym etiquette. This program benefits individuals with various disabilities, including PTSD, amputations, and TBIs. Climbing improves motor skills, balance, core control, problem-solving, and mental focus. All ages, genders, and abilities are welcome. No experience or equipment needed; harnesses and shoes provided. Wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Participants must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively.
