Cyclists with disabilities meet up to pursue this pastime together. Across three programs — Philadelphia, Chester County, and Wilmington — we have a fleet of hand-cycles and tandem bikes of all types and configurations, adapted to meet almost any rider’s need. Our Chester County program meets in Exton Park, along the Chester Valley Trail. It offers flat, paved terrain that is ideal for recreational riders.
