Englewood Adaptive Climbing Community Night

Join us for a rock climbing event where we’ll cover rope work, belay commands, climber movement, and gym etiquette. Suitable for all abilities, from beginners to seasoned climbers, this activity benefits a wide range of disabilities, including PTSD, amputees, and TBIs. Rock climbing enhances fine motor skills, coordination, balance, core control, problem-solving, and mental focus. We welcome participants of all ages, genders, and abilities. No experience or equipment is needed harnesses and shoes are provided. Non-veteran participants pay a reduced gym fee of around $20. Wear comfortable and flexible clothing.
