Outdoor Adaptive Climbing Community Day

Join us for a rock climbing event covering rope work, belay commands, climber movement, and etiquette. Suitable for all abilities, including those with PTSD, amputees, and TBIs, climbing offers physical and mental benefits like improved motor skills, coordination, balance, core control, problem-solving, and mental focus. We welcome participants of all ages, genders, and abilities. No experience or equipment needed harnesses and shoes are provided. Wear comfortable, flexible clothing. The approach is short but steep and unpaved; assistance will be provided.
