Orlando Health’s Adaptive CrossFit program is in its 6th year and we want to celebrate with you! Please join us for an Adaptive CrossFit Workout on October 12th, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Uncanny Fitness. (1120 Solana Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789)
We plan to have an open workout for those interested in trying CrossFit. This is open to individuals of any age, function, and fitness level. We will also have our current athletes present to talk about their experience in the program and participate in a little friendly competition. We will have games, prizes, and more!
Wear comfortable fitness gear, bring water, and come ready to have fun! Visitors, families, and members are welcome to cheer on their athletes!
