NSCR is a Freedom Rows/USRowing inclusion rowing program which provides access to rowing to people with physical disabilities, including Veterans, and to people who have been historically excluded from the sport of rowing. North Star's year-round programs create opportunities for Twin Cities teens and adults to learn rowing technique, develop fitness, and build community.
