Ambulatory Run Clinics

This winter, Dare2tri is hosting three run clinics for ambulatory runners who have a physical disability or visual impairment and participate “on foot”. Under the guidance of Dare2tri coaches, participants will learn skills and techniques to improve their running, mobility, fitness, and form.

Open to all ages and skill levels!
