Handcycle, 13 RAGBRAI's, registered for 14th in 2024. Marathoner 140 lifetime, so far. Marathon Maniacs, Half Fanatics, Double Agent Level Everest. CrossFit, with Podium performances in the 4 competitions in which I participated. Completed a triathlon. Love kayaking. Just not enough time for all the adaptive recreation activities. Also a type 1 diabetic, learned a lot of lessons along the way as the doctors, nurses, and diabetes educators aren't forthcoming with the information to do endurance sports with diabetes.
