Strengthening & Endurance Training With Desert Ability Center
This program focuses on adaptive exercises for individuals who perform most of their tasks from a seated position (i.e., wheelchair) or those with neuromuscular and neurological conditions (i.e., stroke). Equipment provided by DAC may be available upon request. Registration is required in order to participate.
